MVX is a new – generation laser vibration displacement sensor developed by OmniSensing or the industrial field, and it is the laser precision vibrometer with the highest integration and the smallest volume in the world. Centered on an integrated optical chip, MVX integrates optical coherent light paths, adjusting light paths, etc. onto a single optoelectronic chip. Compared with traditional discrete components, this technology has advantages such as small volume, light weight, and low cost, greatly enhancing the possibility of large – scale use of interferometric vibrometers in the industrial sector. Meanwhile, MVX has excellent DC performance and can be used as a precision displacement sensor.
