  • Integrated design, no controller required, simplifying the testing process
  • Advanced optical waveguide coupling technology significantly increases the reflected light power, and in most cases, there is no need to attach reflective materials
  • Ultra-low price, ultra-high precision
  • Single-point laser Doppler vibrometer: MotionGo, MotionFlex, Mini
  • Fiber optic laser Doppler vibrometer: MVF-10
  • 2D/3D laser Doppler vibrometer: MotionGo 2D/3D
  • Handheld laser Doppler vibrometer: MH2000
  • Multi-channel synchronous laser Doppler vibrometer: MFSS-10
  • Scanning laser vibrometry solution
Based on the feedback from the majority of users, they are highly satisfied with the accuracy of our laser vibrometer. Some users have sent the product to a third-party testing institution for inspection, and the error value across the entire frequency band can be within 1%.
A research institution of a certain university compared our product with polytec, and the results showed that the errors were all within 1%. For specific details, please refer to the paper "Development and Validation of a New Type of Displacement Based Miniatured Laser Vibrometers" DOI: 10.3390 / s24165230 (https://doi.org/10.3390/s24165230)
  • Handheld and portable design, no external power supply required. The measurement process is simple, and the result can be measured in just one second
  • Compared with other similar portable products, MH2000 has the characteristics of small size, light weight and wide measurement range
  • There is no need to install a tripod. The handheld mode is both stable and convenient
  • The advanced anti-shake algorithm ensures that there is no influence of light cut-off or hand shake during handheld state measurement
  • It features both handheld and fixed measurement modes, and the fixed mode offers higher measurement accuracy, a wider range, and a wider frequency range
  • With a battery life of over 3 hours, it meets the needs of most detection scenarios.
  • Direct connection with mobile phones, real-time storage and screen recording functions are more suitable for portable measurement needs
  • For specific details, you can refer to "the product introduction of MH2000"

Technical Specifications

The maximum velocity of MotionGo can reach 20m/s(extended mode, only for ultrasonic measurement), and that of MotionFlex can reach 30m/s. The displacement noise density can reach 0.3pm. Please refer to the product introduction of MotionGo and MotionFlex.
The measurement frequency of MotionGo can range from DC to 2.5MHZ(frequency domain), and that of MotionFlex can range from DC to 25MHz(frequency domain).
At present, the maximum measurable distance is 40 meters, but in the near future, long-distance products will be available on the market, with the farthest distance reaching 150-200 meters. In addition, we can adapt to the surface of black light-absorbing materials.
The measurement accuracy error in the handheld state can be within 1-5% (depending on the deviation range of the hand's shaking position), and the measurement error in the fixed state can be within 1%. The frequency range can reach up to 100kHz at most.

Application & Integration

  • Low-frequency vibration measurement
  • Ultrasonic vibration measurement
  • High-temperature vibration measurement
  • Vibration measurement of quality-sensitive structures
  • Large amplitude vibration measurement
  • ODS and modal measurement, etc.
The OmniSensing Laser Doppler vibrometer has both digital and analog output functions. The analog output function can be integrated and tuned with most data acquisition devices on the market, such as LMS, B&K, BBM, Dewesoft and etc. Additionally, we provide customers with SDK for secondary development and offer corresponding development cases.
Currently, the OmniSensing laser Doppler vibrometer supports up to 48 multi-channel synchronous measurements (customizing more channels is supported). Compared with Polytec, our multi-channel synchronous measurement solution has the advantages of small size, high integration, and low price.
