Laser Doppler Vibrometer – OmniSensing | Miniature LDV

Electronics

Accurately captures fine vibrations of MEMS, 3C micro-components, and precision equipment, enabling micro-spot positioning and multi-channel scanning for MEMS chip vibration analysis/calibration.

Modal Analysis of MEMS

Experimental Setup:

  • Test Objective: Modal analysis and parameter estimation of MEMS structures
  • Test Equipment: Micro-microscope laser Doppler vibrometer
  • Measurement Locations: Measurement points every 10 micrometers on the XY platform
  • Analysis Methods: Frequency Response Function (FRF) analysis and modal analysis

Results Analysis:

Through swept-frequency FRF analysis of each measurement point on the MEMS structure, parameters such as modal natural frequencies and mode shapes are obtained.

High vibration film speaker quality test

High-fidelity thin-film waterproof speakers are widely used in mobile phones and automotive electronics. Due to their small size and high vibration energy, thin-film speakers tend to generate harmonics, which can affect sound quality and user experience. Sensapex Photonics laser sensors can precisely measure the vibration characteristics at target positions to obtain the vibration modes of the thin-film. Additionally, Sensapex vibration sensors are capable of accurately detecting subtle harmonic signals amidst large vibration amplitudes, providing critical data support for product quality improvement.
