Product description:
The MotionGo MVS is a miniature full-function laser vibrometer. Customized for medium and long-distance harsh environments, it is equipped with an autofocus lens, built-in data processing and computing units, capable of outputting both digital and analog results simultaneously. With a data sampling rate of 5 M sps, it can accurately measure vibration signals from DC to 2.5 MHz. As an intelligent measurement unit, the MVS supports large-scale networking, featuring synchronous input and output interfaces for networked synchronous measurements. It can also receive external trigger signals to synchronize measurements with other types of sensors. The analog signal output of the MVS enables easy integration with traditional measurement systems built on data acquisition cards.
The MVS offers excellent noise performance, with a maximum measurable vibration velocity of 20 m/s. Based on Zhigan’s patented algorithms and rigorous quality control, it also demonstrates superior static measurement characteristics, making it usable as a large-range displacement sensor.
Despite its powerful capabilities, the MVS is smaller than a palm. This is achieved by using an integrated optical chip as the core, integrating optical coherent light paths and modulated light paths onto a single optoelectronic chip. This overcomes the drawback of excessive volume from traditional discrete components, significantly enhancing the portability of the Doppler vibrometer. The lightweight design allows the MVS to be easily integrated into vibration tables, robotic platforms, or drones, making it possible for non-contact laser vibration measurement to enable machine “hearing” and intelligent perception.
